Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness. I was a beginner at one point too. All fitness levels are welcome.
Not if you don't want to! An important goal for me is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout at home or outside, I’ll set up a plan for you. Or virtual workouts are great too.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. But it’s about consistency. Decide how many workouts a week you can honestly do. There is no wrong answer. Everyone’s life is different. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
