Hi, I’m Lauren. I’m a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer and Women’s Fitness Specialist.
I was overweight my entire life, pre-diabetic, dealing with uncontrolled hypothyroidism, in my 40’s & about to hit 300 lbs. I knew I needed to change. I didn’t want to live like that any longer. With consistent work I was able to lose 80 pounds on my own. Now I want to be the coach for you that I wished I had. Someone who actually knows what it is like to struggle mentally and physically with their weight.
I can coach you multiple ways: 1 on 1 at your home (Connecticut), virtually, or create personalized workout plans to help you feel more confident in the gym. If weight loss isn’t your concern, we can work on getting stronger and healthier, focusing on strength & resistance training with some cardio sprinkled in. No equipment? Don’t worry, you can use your own household items! All fitness levels are welcome.
Adapting new fitness and health habits can be difficult. I believe in making small changes & if applied consistently, you will reach and maintain your goals. You don’t have to change everything to see results. Your success will come with being healthy, confident and HAPPY!

Yes! Everyone needs to start somewhere. There is no need to be nervous. Your workouts will be tailored to you and your abilities.
PMF works with all fitness levels and backgrounds, including beginners, pregnant, and teens & seniors. Training programs are customized based on the client’s goals, injuries and abilities.
